I am surely not that type of girl who owns a hugely impressive collection of nail polishes. Can you see me pulling a sad face? The thing is - we are constantly going through so-called love/hate relationship. It is whether me being an impatient human who can't be bothered sitting still for quite a while or the nail polish itself not willing to cooperate with me. See what I mean? Another my biggest problem is that I struggle to find the exact colour I would possibly like. Too dark, too pink, too depressive, too bright, too this, too that. Basically, I'm stupidly picky when it comes to my nails.
As annoying as I am, I had quickly grown bored of my poor variation of nail polishes and went on the hunt for something better. Shall I say, that shopping trip was a success!
Frankly speaking, I have no idea how I had never come across Over The Edge before. This shade is my perfect definition of the wet asphalt colour. Yep, I am specific like that because it is my favourite tone ever of the grey colour scheme. I would paint not only the walls of my bedroom with it but even my entire life. UGH, LOVE IT. Besides that, the nail polish itself is a pearl one. When the light catches the nails, a hint of beautiful pale grey appears. In a nutshell, I am obsessed with this goodie from Essie.
Are there any nail polishes you have been loving? I want to experiment more, so would be super grateful for some recommendations. Speak to you soon :) x

This colour is lovely! I always tend to go for darker shades for my nails, not a big fan of pastels etc. Definitely going to try and get hold of this one. xx

I don't like pastels for nails either. But who knows, that might change with time!

That shade looks amazing! I feel like Essie caters for all of my nail polish needs. My favorite shade at the moment is their 'Coctail Bling', which is actually another grey one, but it's a lot lighter and has some blue undertones :)
