What is your favourite Christmas movie?
Definitely Home Alone! I remember watching it every Christmas since my early age. Home Alone is such a funny film! My cheeks always hurt from laughing while watching this movie.
Do you open your presents on Christmas Eve or Christmas Morning?
I live in Ukraine and we do not give gifts each others on Christmas.
On the 19th of December we have St.Nicholas Day, when according to the legend, Nicholas arrives in his sleigh and presents to all, adults and children, the gifts they asked for. So, I hope to open my presents in the morning of the 19th!
Do you have a favourite Christmas memory?
Last year me, my mum and dad went to the USA to visit our relatives during all the holidays. So we celebrated Christmas and New Year there.
I remember, on the Christmas Eve, me and my aunt decided to build a snowman. But our masterpiece looked like creepy creature from horror movie. Lol! Moreover, in few days weather had changed to warmer and all the snow melted. However our creepy man still greeted us everyday in the garden! Isn't weird?
Favourite Christmas gift?
I get excited about every gift presented to me so I can't highlight the special one.
Favourite Christmas scent?
La Petite Rode Noire by Guerlain. I know, it's not that Christmassy and stuff, but the scent of the perfume associates for me with winter and holidays!
Do you have any Christmas Eve traditions?
Yep, me and my mum always make dumplings on Christmas. Again, it's more Ukrainian tradition and can sound unclear for you :)
What tops your tree?
Blue star, which my mum always puts because me and dad are quite clumsy and can destroy our tree in few seconds :D
As a kid, what was one crazy gift you asked for but never received?
I asked for a dog. Still want it. Still waiting for it. Still hoping to get it.
What's the best part of Christmas for you?
Okay, okay, okay, it's ridiculously simple and typical but I think the best part of Christmas is chance to see your family members. We don't spend big amount of time together during the year so it's always nice to spend this holiday with them.
