"Am I putting on a silk mask on my face or what?"

Tuesday, May 05, 2015

Before starting I would like to say a huuuuuge thank you to everyone who is visiting or following my blog - it is about to hit 7,500 views and to be honest with you that is INSANE! I know for some people it might be not a big deal, but I could never imagine in my life to see such a big number related to my small blog. No words can describe how happy it makes me and, again, thank you for your support.

Back to the topic now!

I constantly see in my Bloglovin feed lots of reviews on L'Oreal's foundations and seems like there are only good ones. Also some bloggers say most of these foundations are brilliant dupes for high-end products, so why not to give it a try? Moreover, I caught myself thinking about buying any great drugstore foundations and L'Oreal is unquestionable one of the brands which sells a high quality for not a high price. I think you can be impressed with amount of available shades as well! Does not matter what skin tone and undertone you are, you will surely find a perfect one.

So, after spending about twenty minutes deciding on which one to get (as you obviously do not want to go wrong with a foundation colour), I chose Le Teint Alliance Perfect in shade N2. That was quite a surprice for me! I used to think my skin colour is rather medium than light, but I feel like things will change in the summer as I am getting tanned super quickly and I have to remember to change my foundation, haha.

My first impression was something like: "Am I putting on a silk mask on my skin or what?". It is so soft that there is no words to describe this! I would even say this foundations feels a lot nicer than any of my BB creams. Yes, I expected a full-coverage foundation to be cakey one but NO. I promise you, you will forget you have some kind of product on the face. Yet it hides any spots, blemishes and fixes uneven skin tone, however, in a natural way, with giving that stunning healthy glow.

Here is a selfie (I mean, oops) where I am wearing it

What do you think about L'Oreal foundations? Which one is your favourite?
Lots of love and hugs, Yana x

  3. Congrats on almost hitting 7,500 views! :) Plus, 'tis only the beginning - I can see your blog going far! I also hear loads of great things about L'Oréal foundations but it's not always easy to find it in my shade, which is a shame x
